Refunds Policy

ProSignals operates a strict no refunds policy on all digital products, including the Gold Pro indicator, software access, signal access, copy trading setup services, and any associated subscriptions or one-off purchases. Once payment has been made and access has been granted, all sales are final.

This policy reflects the nature of digital products. Once supplied, digital content cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may still be entitled to a remedy under that Act.

14 Day Right to Cancel: Waiver

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you would normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase and receive a refund.

By proceeding with your purchase, you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that by receiving this digital content during the 14 day cancellation period, your right to cancel will be lost.

This means once you have been given access to the Gold Pro indicator, software, signal feed, or any other digital product, you cannot then cancel and request a refund under the 14 day rule.

Terms and Conditions: Relevant Clauses

By purchasing from ProSignals you agree to the following:

• You are buying a digital product and access to digital services. You expressly request immediate access on completion of payment.
• You waive your 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 in exchange for immediate access to the product.
• You acknowledge that all sales are final and that no refunds will be issued.
• You understand that trading carries risk, that past performance does not guarantee future results, and that you are responsible for your own trading decisions. ProSignals provides software, signals and educational content, not personal financial advice.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. If the product is faulty or not as described, contact support and we will resolve it under the Act.
