A few things before you start

Do I need a TradingView account?
Yes. The indicator runs on TradingView. A free TradingView account works fine for one chart. Paid plans let you load more charts and more alerts at once.
Does it only work on gold?
Yes. The system is built specifically for gold. The session windows, the entry rules, and the trailing exit are all tuned to how gold moves. Forcing it onto other pairs would defeat the point.
Will I need to watch the charts all day?
No. Setups fire during specific session windows (Asian, London, New York). The dashboard tells you when something is live. Most of our traders check in twice a day and let the system do the work.
What happens after my 7-day trial?
Two options. Pay the one-time fee for the package you trialled and keep lifetime access. Or do nothing, and the indicator switches off automatically on day 8. There is no auto-charge.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every package is a single one-time payment for lifetime access. No monthly fees, no renewals, no surprises.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. Start on Basic and upgrade whenever you want. You only pay the difference between the two.
Do I need to be experienced to use it?
No. The dashboard tells you the running win rate, the live P&L, and exactly when a setup fires. Beginners follow it the same way experienced traders do.

Refunds Policy

ProSignals operates a strict no refunds policy on all digital products, including the Gold Pro indicator, software access, signal access, copy trading setup services, and any associated subscriptions or one-off purchases. Once payment has been made and access has been granted, all sales are final.

This policy reflects the nature of digital products. Once supplied, digital content cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may still be entitled to a remedy under that Act.

14 Day Right to Cancel: Waiver

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you would normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase and receive a refund.

By proceeding with your purchase, you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that by receiving this digital content during the 14 day cancellation period, your right to cancel will be lost.

This means once you have been given access to the Gold Pro indicator, software, signal feed, or any other digital product, you cannot then cancel and request a refund under the 14 day rule.

By purchasing from ProSignals you agree to the following:

  • You are buying a digital product and access to digital services. You expressly request immediate access on completion of payment.
  • You waive your 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 in exchange for immediate access to the product.
  • You acknowledge that all sales are final and that no refunds will be issued.
  • You understand that trading carries risk, that past performance does not guarantee future results, and that you are responsible for your own trading decisions. ProSignals provides software, signals and educational content, not personal financial advice.
